Good hotel, clean rooms, very nice bathroom, good location.
Positive: Clean, good size of the rooms, towels were changed every day, helpful staff. Location is perfect, 20 minutes walking distance to the centre and 3 minutes to the underground station.
Negative: I would not call them negative, rather Recommendations for Improvement: 1. The space for breakfast should be enlarged as we stayed in the queue waiting for a free space to sit couple of times. 2. Carrying the bags and suitcases to the rooms is included in the services but we were not offered any help with that although we arrived with quite heavy and large bags. 3. Elevators are small and there is always a waiting time to access one especially in the mornings and evenings.
