Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival incur no fees or charges. Any cancellations made within that 48 hour time frame incur a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation. No-shows incur a cancellation fee of the total accommodation. Over our Christmas and New Year Period ( 20th Dec - 20th Jan) cancellations needs to be made one week prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the total of the accommodation.
