Cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the check-in date in order to avoid a penalty fee equal to the first night's accommodation charges. The same penalty will apply for a no-show. Shortening your stay within 3 days of check-in will also incur a one night accommodation charges penalty fee.

10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (aljunied mrt station (ew9))
The hotel is located near the main road, opposite Singapore Soka Association Building. A bus ride from the main road would take you to the city center in about 25 min time. This area is one of the official designated red light district. It is also well known to the local for good food and fruit shops.
