The hotel has been designed with Kyrenia Castle as an inspiration and occupies 50,000 m² of beachfront land. The hotel features plush furnishings and has many facilities including a large casino, conference facilities and a choice of restaurants and bars. In addition, there is an Internet corner (for a fee), free shuttle to Kyrenia, open-air cinema, and Sunday brunches available. The air-conditioned establishment comprises 299 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Further facilities include currency exchange facilities, lift access, a newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, kids' club and a café. Room and laundry services are provided for additional fees and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.
The standard rooms are richly appointed and equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite/cable channels and a hairdryer. For an extra fee, a safe, telephone and wireless Internet access are provided. The en suite bathrooms have a bathtub with shower. Double beds and a balcony or terrace also come as standard.

Sun loungers and parasols are laid out at the hotel and on the pebble beach for use. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar. The spa centre has a Turkish bath, fitness salon, private exercise and dance studio, individual spa treatment rooms, and thematic massage rooms staffed by expert masseurs offering a variety of classic and Far Eastern massages (local charge for spa and massage treatments). The centre also contains two illuminated tennis courts and provides tennis racquets and balls upon request. Entertainment programmes are arranged.

The hotel is located on the beachfront just 6 km from the centre of the pretty harbour town of Kyrenia. Links to the public transport network can be reached in some 5 minutes' walk. Ercan International Airport is approximately 55 km away.
