The Hotel shall, when the guest cancels the reservation on the accommodation date, charge the guest 80% for cancellation charge. The Hotel shall charge 100% No-Show guest for cancellation charge.

The hotel has two main dinning restaurants. "The Square Dinning" is located on the lobby floor which is a very popular dinning place not only for staying guests but also for local people during the day. The other is located on the 14th floor featuring modern Japanese cuisine. Banquets and meeting rooms are also available.
The main lobby is located on the 3rd floor and medium in size. It is modern design with wooden floor.
All rooms are medium size and are kept in good condition. They are equipped with the latest facilities such as air-condition, a hair dryer, a trouser press, a refrigerator and complimentary high speed internet access and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is also clean and kept in very good condition. Some double rooms have no bathtub and only shower booth which has a multifunctional shower.

The hotel is approached from Narita Airport by direct airport limousine bus. It's best location to access all major area.
