As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
This luxury hotel is situated directly on one of the long, white sandy beaches of Cancun. Cancun city lies 12 km away and is easily reached by making use of public transport. There is a stop for the public transport to be found right next to the hotel. The ruins of Tulum and Cobá as well as Isla Mujeres and Cozumel are also to be found close to the hotel. The airport is about a 20-minute drive away.
