If you cancel the reservation 2 months before the arrival nothing to pay, if you cancel 1 months before the cancellation will be 40% , 20 days before 50%, 10 days before 70% and one week before it will be 100% New Year's Eve dinner is compulsary and not included in the price.
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 30 days before check in date
