Dong Fang Hotel was built in 1961. It was a hotel particularly for senior government ministers and foreigners. We are honored with The International Five Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences from 2006 to 2007. Jiang Nan Si Zhu Restaurant provides different regional specialties in a romantic atmosphere and different kinds of flavours from the south to north of China can be sampled here. The lobby bar Nice is a place for relaxation and the ambience is cultured by beautiful piano music. Coffee, snacks and beverage are served there. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet each morning while lunch and dinner are available from set menus or as a buffet.
It is a traditional Chinese building surroundings with two parks on both sides and has a 10000 square metre central garden.

30 kms to the nearest airport (guangzhou baiyun international airport)
This downtown country-house style hotel is located just to the east of Liuhua Lake and west of Yuexiu Hill, opposite the Chinese Import and Export Commodities Fair and Jinhan Exhibition Centre.
