The concept behind the resort is to refract the hospitality and traditions of Bali into a holiday experience, where the attentive staff are always ready to oblige, while at the same time respecting the privacy of guests. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and features 15 rooms in total. Facilities include: a lobby with 24-hour reception, bar and dining facilities, as well as room and laundry services (fees apply). A bicycle hire service is available, as well as parking facilities for guests arriving by car.
Each room comes fully furnished with minimalist and stylish décor. An en suite bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, IDD telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, kitchenette, tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator all feature. King-size beds and a terrace also come as standard.
Guests can go for a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool or just relax beside it and enjoy the warm tropical sun. Sun loungers and parasols also feature pool side. Massage and spa treatments are also available (subject to fees).

The property lies in the heart of Seminyak, just a 30 minute drive from the airport. It is only a few minutes walk from the nearest shopping centres, restaurants, traditional art shops, bars, and night spots. Denpasar is about a 40-minute drive away, while Kuta is about 30 minutes away. The beach at Petitenget is a 15-minute drive away, while it is 20 minutes to Seminyak beach.
