Free cancellation can be made up until 2 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Between 01-06-2013 and 15-09-2013, free cancellation can be made up until 5 days before the check-in day. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the first night is charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

The hotel is personally managed by the owners; fascinating Aeolian pictures and artefacts, a veritable museum in themselves, line the walls and these, together with the characteristic Aeolian courtesy and frienliness, create a very special attractive and welcoming atmosphere.
