How to arrive
From airport Berlin-Tegel: By cab in about 15-20 minutes for approx. EUR 15,00. By public bus no. 109 with direction to „Zoologischer Garten“, take 12 stops until “U-Bhf Adenauerplatz”, another 5 minute walk to our hotel.
From airport Berlin-Schoenefeld: By cab in about 35-40 minutes for approx. EUR 35,00. By public train called
"S-Bahn" no. S 45 with direction to „S+U Bhf Hermannstrasse“, take 9 stops until “S+U Bhf Hermannstrasse”. Get off, but do not change the platform.
Now you get on the S-Bahn S 41 Ring, Take 8 stops until “S-Bhf Halensee”, from there the hotel is within walking distance (200 meters).
Positive: Super nice place with super friendly staff.
Positive: Everything is as expected, cool vipe in an amazing location
Negative: One of the male receptionists was a bit mean to my son, he spoke to him in a patronizing tone and a little bit of condescending style, sent my shy son back to the room after he asked him, if he could heat his food, and I had a word with the young male "the receptionist" after checkout.
Positive: Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, the high quality toiletries in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts!

Negative: It is hard to make room dark, they should do something with shades in the room.
Positive: I stayed there for a business meeting / vacation for total 7 nights. The breakfast is so delicious and very well prepared, the view on the 7th floor of the breakfast room is must go place to overlook the city. The location is 2 to 8 minutes walking distance to bus/S- Bahn and U-Baha stations. Restaurants/shops nearby, very safe neighborhood. clean comfortable room/bed. Friendly staff.
Negative: May need to have an office room with a computer access for your guests. Also the power plug is little far away from bed and desk
Positive: The room was quite large, as was the bathroom (caveat- I had an accessible room). The location was good - easy to walk to S-bahn and U-bahn & lots of shops around. The breakfast was really great!
Negative: The inside initially looks nice in the lobby but the hallways are very stark, hospital-esque, and not very welcoming. It is all a bit dark and the interior is a bit of a maze - I definitely walked in circles a few times before finding the right elevator. The room key has to be in the room in order to turn on lights/get power, so you can't charge things when you are not in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for me. I didn't like that the bed was two twins pushed together, as opposed to a full bed. They shifted easily and it was a bit uncomfortable because of this. No way to connect streaming to the TV, which was a bummer.
