This eco hotel, completely renovated paying particular attention to energy saving and the environment, offers a warm, elegant and very Florentine atmosphere, making it the ideal place to discover the city of Florence. Built in 1920, the air-conditioned establishment houses 26 guestrooms and a lobby with a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Guests can relax in the hotel's TV lounge or café, or take breakfast in the breakfast room. WLAN Internet access is provided, and room and laundry services are offered. For a fee, guests may leave their vehicles at the hotel's car park or garage.
By car from the Firenze Nord exit, follow the signs for the city centre. Upon reaching Fortezza da Basso, take Viale S. Lavagnini. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Via S. Caterina d'Alessandria. The hotel is immediately after the tree-lined square (Piazza Indipendenza), on the left-hand side. From the Firenze Sud exit follow the signs for the centre. Once arriving at Piazza della Libertà, take Via Lorenzo Il Magnifico. At the first traffic lights turn left and continue straight on until reaching Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria. After the tree-lined square (Piazza Indipendenza), Via Nazionale begins and the hotel can be found on the left.

The hotel features en suite standard and superior rooms which differ in size or offer different views of either the Cathedral or the rooftops of Florence. Superior rooms have private balconies.
The rooms' atmosphere is warm and cosy with pieces of ancient furniture combined with modern details. The rooms' private bathroom features a shower, bath and hairdryer.
