Hotel Elbe is located in the centre of Frankfurt, close to the lively financial district and the train station area with direct connections to public transports, such as bus, express train and underground lines. All points of interest, such as Römer, Palmengarten, Zoo, Paulskirche, Alte Oper, Börse, Goethe-Haus, and several museums, as well as the Frankfurt and Offenbach fairgrounds are easily reachable, within a few minutes on foot or by public transport. Landing stages for excursions by boat on the river Main, for example, to Bingen, Rüdesheim, Loreley are also close at hand. The hotel has been renovated in 2006 and features more than 25 rooms (three of them are with balcony). A fax and photocopy machine, as well as information (brochures) concerning events and restaurants in Frankfurt and a safe are to be found at the reception desk. Pets are admitted at an extra charge.

There is a newly renovated breakfast room to the right of the lobby. There is no restaurant but the hotel is located in the heart of the city so there is a restaurant nearby to suit everyone's taste.
The rooms are light, bright and cheerful with light wooden furniture and parquet flooring. They are a good size and offer all the facilities expected of a 3-star hotel. The bathrooms are shower only. All rooms have WLAN access and cable TV.

3 minute walk to the nearest metro station (frankfurt main train station)
From the airport of Frankfurt: 9 km. nTake the S-bahn line s8/9 and stop at Frankfurt am main/Hauptbahnhof. Then walk along the Kaiserstrasse until the second crossroad with Elbestrasse. The hotel is located on the left hand side. n
