Rooms are generally of a good size, traditionally furnished and equipped with all facilities of first-class property. Not all rooms have views of the lake. Bathrooms are in general good order.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel, although parking was limited and some owners do not care if they dent your car doors and park too close.
Como and the surrounding are are far too congested which means hours queueing for services.
Como itself remains as beautiful as I remember.

Negative: Parking supervision - paint some bays please so people can judge hiw and where to put cars and bikes.
