The apartments are well equipped and all have balconies. They also have a room with two single beds, a small living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and a safe (for rent), a kitchenette with a fridge, two hot plates for cooking and basic accessories.
It has an outdoor pool with a modern design and adapted to our environment along with a bridge that crosses. Its maximum depth is 140 cm and the minimum is 105 cm, which allows our swimmers enjoy the water games. For younger children has an outdoor pool 50 cm deep in circular form, which is ideal and safe for the more "sin" of the family. We also have an outdoor Jacuzzi whirlpool for those seeking relaxation in the water. Our pools are surrounded by a solarium with hammocks and parasols (both free) and landscaped areas with lawns, palms and pines. All located on the seafront.

This apartment hotel is located in the quiet area of Santa Susanna on the coast of Barcelona, Maresme, in the seafront next to the Levante Beach and to links to the public transport network. There is a leisure centre as well as restaurants, bars, shopping venues and exciting nightlife venues to be found in the vicinity.
