Positive: There was one person who was on the cleaning staff that was very helpful and friendly. She was the only one who was friendly there. Mostly, when people who worked there saw you, they turned and walked in the other direction.
Negative: The room is tiny. The "free toiletries" were tiny bars of soap so small they would be too small for a 12" action figure to use. The check-in was awful beyond belief. There is no one at the "front desk", yet when you call the phone number, they answer it "Front desk". There was a waiting line there after the check-in time with no one there to check us in. Their "non-contact" check in wasn't set up. It took about 8 phone calls before we finally got someone to let us in. I would suggest not prepaying if you decide to stay there -- better yet, find any other place to stay. The pre-check in required that you fill out a tremendous amount of information on everyone staying there. Why do they need everyone's cell phone number and email address? Or why should the credit card number have to be entered multiple times? Expect to spend about 15 minutes on this pre-check in process. Expect to spend another 15 to 30 minutes checking in once you get there. The TV didn't work and it was missing the pieces to make it work -- so they knew there was an issue. There is mention of a "game room", yet no one on their staff knew anything about it. One of the main reasons I picked this place and it doesn't appear to exist. One extremely concerning point -- they sent us a text message with a hotel room number and digital combination to a room in one of their other hotels. Think about that: I was given the room number and combination for someone else's room that was about 500 foot away. Think about that when you decide to stay in one of their hotels. They also put the keys for all the rooms in the open where anyone can get them and/or make a copy. There is no one who is at the desk where these keys are located.

Positive: Fair price, nostalgic vibes with the older decor. Hassle-free booking and check-in. Staff was friendly - Justin was super courteous!
Negative: Wallpaper peeling off the walls, literally cracking apart throughout the night. Tiniest trash can for the entire room. One tv wasn’t working and the other had a Roku that was hard to manage. Toilet was hard to flush, showerhead felt like it was about to break.
Positive: It was convenient there was a restaurant downstairs. The location was also close to places we could walk to.
Negative: There was never an employee at the front desk. When you check in you pick up your keys in an envelope with your name on it. Our toilet was clogged the first night we stayed there. I called the number on the desk and left a voicemail. I never received a call back and our toilet remained clogged. We used the bathroom at local restaurants before heading back for the night. The beds are not comfortable at all.
Positive: This place is a very shady operation. Litterally, NOBODY works there. We didnt see a single employee. We called 5 times because our sink would not drain, our shower would not turn off, our AC would not work in one room and in the other it was so loud we could not sleep. Total scam!
Negative: Dirty, zero service, run down, no elevator, totally shady. I am going to be requesting a refund, it sucked.
Positive: I was not expecting the out of date hotel since I was told there renovating but the floors where soft that I though I would fall through the floors and bathroom was really out of date. No one made the bed in the 4 days and I ask for fresh towels and no one delivered in the 4 days. No fridge or microwave for the rate, it was not worth it. I will not stay there again

Negative: No TV in one of the room and the TV on other room not working, bathroom sink slow drain, the shower knob was hard to turn off so no water dripping. No one at front desk to ask about it. not all lights working

Negative: The kitchen and dining staff were awesome!!!! Thd food was excellent! Loved the porch and main lobby area history awesome however furniture needs tightening and coverings sould be cleaned and updated ! Safety concerns!!
