This hotel was built in 1852 and renovated in 2005. Housed in a building that was once the church manse, the hotel comprises a total of 6 rooms spread over 3 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a reception desk and a sitting where it is possible to enjoy cosy evenings by the fire in winter. A DVD player, video recorder, hi-fi stereo system, Internet access, board games and a great deal of tourist information to help guests plan their stay. Hospitality, healthy meals (only the best Scottish products) and a friendly atmosphere awaits guests to this hotel. Further facilities include a laundry service, a bicycle storage room and Internet access. Those arriving by car are offered car parking facilities.
By car: From the South, take the A82 out of Fort William towards Inverness. About 3 km from the town centre, travellers will reach a T junction with the Ben Nevis distillery on the right and a BP filling station on the left. Turn left at this junction onto the A830, The Road to the Isles. From the North, coming in on the A82 heading south, just after the town sign and before entering Fort William travellers will arrive at a T junction with the Ben Nevis distillery on the left and a BP filling station on the right. Turn right at this junction onto the A830, The Road to the Isles.... Approximately 3 km along this road, the village sign of Corpach will be reached. The hotel lies about 400 m past this sign on the left hand side on the corner of Hillview Drive (If the shops in the village centre are reached, it is too far). From the West (Mallaig), coming in along the A830 heading east. On reaching Corpach stay on the A830 and travel into the village centre, the hotel is located about 400 m past the shops, on the right hand side, on the corner of Hillview Drive.
The comfortable rustic rooms feature Laura Ashley furniture, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Moreover, there is a TV, an Internet connection, a washing machine, ironing equipment, a double or king-sized bed, individually regulable heating and tourist information in each of the carpeted rooms as standard. On request, extra blankets are available for the beds. There is a family room with a double bed and a single bed, three double rooms (one with a king-sized bed, another on the ground floor) all with shower/ WC, a twin room with a bathroom and a single room. The family room and one of the double rooms can also be used as double or twin rooms.
Scottish country dancing is held in the village hall every Tuesday evening. The hotel is able to organise golf sessions at the 18-hole Fort William course or the wonderful 9-hole Trigh course.
