The complex contains bungalow-type apartments. It includes a swimming pool (opening and closing dates subject to agreement with the neighbours), garden, children's area and barbecue.
There are two types of apartments available to guests. One kind comes with dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms for 2 people, a bathroom (most with a shower), a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. The other apartments are bungalows with 2 floors and access to a basement floor. The first floor contains a dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. In the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 people, a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace.
There is a pool and barbecue area in the gardens.

The bungalow complex lies approximately 2 km from the city centre and sandy beach. A supermarket, bar, restaurant and shopping mall can be found some 800 m away.
