The Great Room Restaurant is famous for it's afternoon tea, and is a sumptuous space evoking effortless and timeless grandeur. "The Bar" was officially named the "Worlds Best Cocktail Bar 2010" with a cocktail list of biblical proportions and is a great place for post or pre dinner drinks. The Merchant is a Grade I Listed building dating back to 1860 and was built as the headquarters of the Ulster Bank. It was transformed into a hotel in 2006.
