The hotel was built in the local low-rise style with white-washed exterior walls. This beach hotel was fully renovated in 2010 and consists of a grand total of 70 accommodation units. There is an attractive lounge/lobby area with leather-look armchairs and sofas, stone faced pillars, a fireplace as well as 24-hour reception and check-out service. The restaurant has a decorative, beamed ceiling, wooden furniture and tiled floor. Further facilities include wireless Internet access, a car park, air conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, a TV lounge as well as conference facilities. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the bar.

Located on a small hill next to Bardakci Bay, the hotel is approximately 400 m from the centre of Gumbet and 2.5 km from the larger cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum. There are numerous restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops and a tourist office in Gumbet. Links to the public transport network are in front of the hotel. Milas Airport is about 40 km away.
