The residence is situated at the south-western end of the island, at Chateau d'Oléron. Rochefort train station is approximately 30 km from the hotel, St. Pierre d'Oleron is around 15 km away, Brée les Bains windmill is 21 km away and Brouage with its fortifications is around 15 km from the hotel. The island of Oléron is the biggest French island off the Atlantic coast. It offers numerous attractions for guests, such as its sunny climate, its beaches and forests, and its many leisure activities.
