The Guatiza Apartments are being close to the beach in a residential area with supermarkets, restaurants, the Mall Quote, pharmacies, etc.
It has 21 apartments with a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, a living room, all equipped and a terrace overlooking the pool courtyard. All rooms have TVs and safes payment.
They have a garden area surrounding the complex pool and patio with hammocks and parasols, where you can relax and enjoy the weather. Cleaning service is available five days a week and concierge service from 8.00 to 16.00.
The apartments also feature a kitchenette, which is equipped with a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment comes with a washing machine, and has a balcony or terrace looking out on to the pool.
