The Lux Apartments is a first class central Rome accommodation, located just steps from Porta Maggiore, not far from Termini Station, in an area full of shops, bars and restaurants. Many public transport links for various areas of the city are nearby allowing easy access to Rome's tourist attractions. Lux Apartments is the perfect solution for those who travel for business or tourism. These Rome apartments are located in a building completely renovated and are equipped with all modern conveniences such as a safe, refrigerator, washer / dryer, dishwasher, private telephone with free local calls to landlines, Internet access, satellite TV and digital. Other small appliances are available upon request. In addition, each apartment has a free private parking space located inside the building. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The price also includes rehabilitation of the apartments with complete change of all linen twice a week and final cleaning.
Free cancellation can be made up until 15 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 20% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 50% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 28-05-2012 and 28-05-2012, free cancellation can be made up until 18:00 on the check-in day. For late cancellations made after this time no penalty is charged. For no-show, no penalty will be charged.
