Positive: Pretty good no-frills hotel. My room had a nice little view, and the A/C worked fine. Bed was pretty comfy. They were very nice about storing my suitcase for a couple days before I arrived, and the 24-hour desk was really helpful. The location is okay—not super central but the area is quiet.
Negative: My room was so tiny it was hard to find somewhere to put my suitcase—I think it would have been pretty tricky with two people. There were also a few little old black stain spots on the bedding... it didn't feel as clean as I might have hoped.
Positive: Front desk staff (60-70s man) is super friendly!!!

Positive: The only positive thing I can say: easy to reach by Uber and close to the metro with clear signage to find the hotel. Nothing more can be said.
Negative: Our stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had in all our travels across 30+ countries. We checked out after just one night and moved to another hotel. The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had black mold all over the walls, and there were clumps of hair on the floor. The sheets were dirty and didn’t fully cover the blanket, leaving it exposed. Additionally, the room was much smaller than what was shown in the advertised pictures. For the price we paid, this felt like a tourist trap. We were able to find another hotel within the same price range that offered much better conditions.
Positive: The rooms are nice, modern and fully renovated. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Negative: Unfortunately they had a problema and no water in the day of my check out. I filtered "parking" in the booking.com and they only have 2 parking places. But the 1 staff member told me I could park my car next to the garage door of the hotel, and I did. I offered to them to take my keys...if they need. But in the day before another staff member write a message in my car criticizing me for stopping the car near the hotel garage (where I was staying). They need to improve their comunication.

Negative: - Thin wall ( you can hear everything) - My room didn't had the minifridge ( for water or other drinks) - a socket was broken and could be dangerouse - the handle of the barhroom door was broken - location not very good for resting and travelling with the big luggage. - No trash can in the room( just in the bathroom)

Positive: It is very close to the metro, in a great location, with clean and spacious rooms that truly made our trip much easier. The staff was also very warm and helpful. I hope to visit Porto again and stay there as a guest.
