Updating availability and prices
The customer authorizes the hotel to take, according to his reservation policy, an amount of 30 % of the stay with at least the price of the first overnight stay, as deposit. The number of bank card is asked during the creation of a reservation as a mode of guarantee, the customer does not pay on-line. Any cancellation has to be sent in wrtting to the hotel. The hotel will keep the 30% deposit (one night minimum charged) for any booking cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival.
