The Superior rooms and the Junior suites are bigger than the standard rooms and are equipped with a living room.
The suites, whose living room is sometimes separated from the bedroom, are mostly in the attic and have an amazing view.
In the thermal establishment the customer will have the chance to enjoy, apart from the traditional cares, a thermal indoor pool with water-jets and a Beauty Center where some specialists will help you taking care of your body and beauty. Outside, you will have the chance to swim in a fresh water pool.
Upon request the Grand Hotel Excelsior Terme organizes transfers from the airport/train station of Naples and Rome with taxis and limousines or excursions to the main spots of the island and peninsula like Capri, Pompei, Ercolano, the Costiera Amalfitana, etc.
In the elegant setting of the hotel restaurant, guests will be served international specialities as well as the most delicious typical local dishes from the region. The chefs of the hotel exclusively use fresh, top-quality ingredients and healthy cooking techniques. During the warmest months, some dishes are served on the panoramic terrace around the restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all offered as buffets. À la carte options are also available for lunch and dinner.
By plane: from Naples Capodichino Airport reach the Beverello either in a taxi or by bus. By taxi head to the picturesque harbour of Mergellina, where the hydrofoils depart for the island of Ischia. By train: arrive at Napoli Centrale station. The train station is about 2 km from Beverello and 1.5 km from the Descent of Massa and can be easily reached by taxi or bus. By car: take the motorway to Naples and afterwards continue on the toll road for about 12 km. Take the ring road towards Pozzuoli, follow the entire highway and take the first exit after Bell Street. Follow the signs to the port and board the boat to Ischia Porto. Customised transfers are available on request.
All the rooms enjoy a magnificent view of the sea or of the green hilly landscape. How to arrive
From Capodichino airport to the port:
A shuttle bus links the airport directly with the harbour Beverello and the ticket is purchased on board.
With the taxi you can also reach the Mergellina Touristic harbour where you will be able to take the the hydrofoils to the Island of Ischia.
From the station of Napoli Centrale or Mergellina:
The Central Station is about 2 km from Beverello and 1.5 km from Calata di Massa and are easily accessible either by taxi or by bus: the ticket can be purchased inside the station.
The Mergellina Station is about 500 meters from the harbourMergellina from which leave only hydrofoils and can be reached by foot or taxi.
By Car:
Motorway to Naples: after the exit of “Naples” continue for 12 km and take the beltway towards Pozzuoli, drive along it and take the first exit after the "Via Campana" and follow the signs to the harbour and embark to Ischia Porto or Casamicciola Terme.
If you choose to go the harbour of Calata di Massa, after the exit “Naples” follow the signs for Naples port area, then the signs for Calata di Massa and embark to Ischia.
