Positive: The location was very convenient, room was a decent size and the it was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, they were happy to answer any questions we had.

Positive: GPS couldn’t work because the hotel is on a pedestrian street. I called ahead to ask if there was any problem taking suitcases out at entrance and got no negative or specific feedback so assumed I could. Terrible communication

Negative: I chose the biggest room, but it was still very small, and the bathroom was absurdly smelly most of the day. Other than that, it's a good hotel in a nice street.
Positive: The unit was lovely, roomy & unique with loft space. Also, the room entry was from a nice terrace area. The breakfast was fabulous & the staff was so helpful. Especially enjoyed full time access to good water without extra charge (provided bottles for us to fill so no waste too)!
Positive: Lication within walking distance from train station and most important sites to visit in Lyon.
Negative: AC wasn’t really cooling that much but we opened the window and help circulating fresh air.

Negative: Every time we use elevator it stops at first floor, And it was annoying, For getting to the hotel you need to ring first, which they can put a card reader to read hotel guests card and easily access to the room.
