We decided to go to Lanzarote on a holiday for our first anniversary, and we can’t be happier we chose the H10 Rubicon Palace.
From the very first moment, the customer service provided by all the members of staff (from front desk to the restaurants, housekeeping, bars…) was outstanding! Always welcoming you with a big smile, even though they were working very hard and you could feel exhausted just by looking at them rushing to make sure you were attended in no time.
Our special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Alberto Quintana for his attention and personal touch to make sure we could celebrate our first anniversary in a romantic atmosphere, and being in touch during our whole stay. That kind of service is way above 5*

Paula from Sakura restaurant (well, she was in charge in more than one restaurant) was very sweet and professional. She greeted us everywhere she would see us, even though we just met one night, and gave us very good recommendations for restaurants.
All the staff in the restaurants deserve a big thank you too as they worked very hard, being understaffed and wearing facemasks, and one could see they were sweating in their uniforms, but never lost their smile.
Moving to the hotel facilities, I must say they were great and the resort didn’t feel crowded at all. Different pools to choose from, a variety of restaurants and beautiful paths to wander around on the way to you room. It felt very safe as COVID measures were in place: hand sanitizers, social distancing signs, masks were compulsory in all common areas... It felt even safer that being at home!
In summary, the best hotel to stay in Lanzarote! We will definitely come back!
