Awarded the AA Rosette, Pembroke's restaurant and bar re-opened in September 2006 after extensive refurbishment. During the course of this extensive redesign the restaurant has retained its classical architectural features whilst introducing a number of contemporary touches. Pembroke's restaurant serves an all-day menu of brasserie favourites and classic light bites with a more refined menu at lunch and in the evening. Private dining is also available, providing an opportunity for more elaborate menus if required. Everything from small, intimate parties (up to 32) to larger events (up to 220) such as weddings, corporate hospitality and product launches can be accommodated. Guests who wish to relax in their room will appreciate the room-service menu.
Set in an impressive Georgian manor, the oldest part of this accommodation dates back to 1726. Much of the original character of this Grade II listed building has been retained, presenting guests with an interior of grandeur, elegance and comfort, and making the property one of the finest in Richmond. The property was renovated in 2008 and comprises a total of 149 guest rooms. The property is located close to Twickenham, making it the ideal base for visits to Twickenham Stadium. It is also ideally situated for Wimbledon Tennis fortnight, being just a 15-minute drive from the courts, through the lovely Richmond Park. The beautiful Kew Gardens are also just a short drive away.
