Welcome to Dubrovnik, Croatia - the pearl of Adriatic coast Come and enjoy in one of the most preserved natural and historical places, clean Adriatic Sea and sunny Mediterranean climate We offer you 2 fully equipped apartments, one in the ground floor with a garden (apartment Anita - standard double bed private with WC) and one in the 1st floor (studio apartment Nina - studio apartment double bed private with wc) Each apartment has its own separate entrance There is also a house-owned parking place and a garage Both apartments are for two persons In apartment Anita we can provide 2 extra beds in the living room (for families with children) Each apartment has a terrace with tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and deck-chairs where you can enjoy in the sun The apartments are situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, only 900 m away from the Old Town (10 - 15 minutes walking distance) in a very peaceful area It takes you nothing but a few minutes to stroll to the beach and the Old Town Our apartments are air-conditioned Internet access available in each apartment upon request Enjoy exploring the Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing options, while being able to return in short time to your apartment Besides the apartments we also rent private rooms with shared bathroom and a kitchen (standard double bed private shared wc and standard 3 bed/s private shared wc They are situated in the same house as the apartments Nina and Anita Rooms include all stated facilities except air-conditioning (you have a fan in each room) (The pictures you can see on this site refer to studio apartment Nina and apartment Anita, not on private rooms ) *At request we provide the transportation service from the airport at a favorable price **Please be careful when you are booking the room or apartment, because the names in the table have similar descriptions NOTE: for apartments the WC icon is on and for rooms with shared bathroom the WC icon is off!
