Anny Studios are situated at the centre of Perissa, 30 meters from the beach (the location couldn?t be better). Perissa is one of the most popular destinations of Santorini Island, is the longer beach famous for the infinite black sand and the dark blue waters, where you can enjoy various water sports ,diving ,snokerling ,a water park ,horse riding, mountain hiking and ..?..?..?.. ,there is also many restaurants, cocktails bars, clubs and shops are all around Perissa Beach.
Anny studios is a new building with 29 studios for two, three, four and five people.
Our place has swimming pool, children pool, a snack bar next of the pool, satellite TV room or choose a movie from the studios extensive & varied selection, over 100 DVDs , WI-FI IN LOBBY FOR FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!,free playstation2 with many games at our lobby, laundry machine to use for free,
, internet corner, reception services, foreign exchange, transfers, car and moto rentals, to book tours around the island and our unique volcano.
ALL the studios have and is totaly free bath, balcony, full kitchen equipment, satellite TV, fridge ,safe box and all the studios also has air-conditioning.
The rooms are cleaned daily (free new towels every day and new sheets every second day)and there is hot water available 24 hours.
At ANNY'S POOL BAR you can have at very special prices drinks and cocktails or breakfast (all day) .
You can enjoy the music, the sports events or MOVIES on a large screen.

We offer free transfer from the port or the airport to the studios upon arrival.

Our cancellation policy is that you are able to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the date of your arrival. Please note that this period starts 24 hours before the DATE of your arrival NOT YOUR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. In some cases, given different time zones, this could be up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
At our establishments will charge you a cancellation fee of the cost of the first 2 nights accommodation for a No Show or a cancellation within less than 24 hours notice.
Free cancellation can be made up until 7 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 7 days before check in date
There is a pool bar which serves snacks and drinks throughout the day. There are many restaurants nearby.
This is a traditional white washed Cycladic building with a small swimming pool near the entrance.
The lobby is small in size and opens out to the swimming pool area. Free wi-fi access with own laptop is available in this area.
Rooms are all studio style with bathroom with bathtub ,balcony,fully equipped kitchenette ,safety deposit box, satellite tv, fridge and air-conditioning. They are medium in size and simply yet tastefully decorated in a traditional style. All are well maintained to a very good standard.

12 kms to the nearest airport (santorini)
This hotel is situated in the centre of Perissa, 30 meters back from the beach (between the Kalimera and Charlene tavernas). It has a large selection of restaurants, taverns bars and clubs nearby.The best beaches on the island are found here and in the neighbouring resort of Perivolos.The airport and Fira town are just a 15 minute transfer away. The hotel runs compliemtary arrival transfers for all guests who give prior notice of their arrival time.
