Positivo: The location
Negativo: The staff; I got a broken light room! The room is too dark and I felt like the staff is trying to push me in accept this room while I want a new room. I have to say that I have to fight for a new room. Not happy at all. The bed and the pillow, too soft very uncomfortable especially pillows. The drop-off location if you travel by taxi. It is not right in front of the hotel and traffic with no parking at the drop-off is my experience.
Positivo: I hate the staff, assigned the broken light room to customer and just say sorry we are fully booked and can't move to another room. I have to fight for the new room why I have to face this situation, I paid in full not get it for free. I also hate the bed and the pillow, too soft very uncomfortable and the drop-off location is not good because it is one way road in front of the hotel and there is always a taxi park at the drop off so you may not have space to drop off and need to be very hurry because you block the lane.

Positivo: The hotel is in the perfect locations! There’s tons of entertainment, shopping, and food within walking distance. The staff was extremely nice and the entire facility was spotless!
Positivo: Very nice decor, very friendly staff, very nice amenities in room and an amazing view over the city from the 15th floor with floor to ceiling windows. Very good breakfast!

Positivo: The staff and location were truly commendable, contributing to a pleasant experience. While the room service met basic expectations, there is room for enhancement. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning presented a challenge for us, although we appreciated the hotel's provision of a fan upon request. The gym facilities were satisfactory and met our needs.

Positivo: The property had great staff and room service which was helpful to have after a long trip.
Negativo: We were not warned prior that it was 18+. However, that may be a booking.com specific issue. Luckily, staff was accommodating.
Positivo: Great location, nice bar with tasty small dishes.
Negativo: I had booked a king size bed but got two single beds put together instead. Took it up with the receptionist who initially insisted that it was the same thing as a king size bed.. After conveying with a college she eventually gave us a new correct room. Could have been avoided and handled better.
Positivo: Staffs are all very helpful, convenient for shopping
Negativo: Breakfast variety are not many

Negativo: There was a smell of food coming from the kitchen to our room on the 8th floor. When two separate beds are combined, a single large bed is not comfortable.

Positivo: The hotel is beautiful, modern, and cozy, with convenient access to various locations and a nearby shopping center, Galleria. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, featuring the most comfortable beds and pillows, and are impeccably clean. I truly enjoyed my stay that I extended my return for another night.
Negativo: The only area for improvement is the lighting in the room. While the dim lighting creates a cozy ambiance, there should be an option for brighter lighting when needed. That said, I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it as my preferred accommodation for future trips to Stockholm.

Positivo: (Almost) Everything went well - facilities are great, gym has a lot to offer, room is very comfy, breakfast with a lot of choices and rather high quality - location is perfect to move around the city and staff was very friendly.
Negativo: We encountered an issue during the morning with a locker which couldn't open - we agreed to leave it as is, and hoped that by the end of the day, the staff could fix the issue and deliver our goods to our room. Sadly, when we were back at the end of the afternoon, nothing happened and we had to explain the issue all again. Just seemed that there had been a miscommunication somewhere which could probably have been avoided.
