Negativo: Keyless entrance and no staff on site--hotel bombards you with pre-travel emails, texts, pre-arrival forms to fill out, etc. so you might think they are good at communications -- BUT they fail to tell you that to access the front door and your room you must add a checkmark to the code you punch in. The 24/7 phone number to call if you have problems entering the property was not staffed well at 12:00 midnight when I arrived and was locked out. I was on hold for an undetermined amount of time. Room & bathroom is great especially for the very cheap price, but travel lite, since there is no elevator and it's tough to drag a checked bag up three flites of stairs.

Negativo: I didn’t like it was no elevator and I had a lot of bags, made multiple trips, no parking, the valet service is for the restaurant 3 hours for $25, street parking $3/hr, shopping garage $5/hr, The view from my room was the air vent for the restaurant since the hotel is between 2 restaurants. Checked out a day early and still was charged and was not even there
