O maior hotel de Estocolmo situa-se numa área moderna, próximo da estação central de comboios, de zonas comerciais, restaurantes e várias actividades. Fica a aproximadamente 10 km do aeroporto de Estocolmo Bromma e a 45 km do aeroporto Arlanda.
Positivo: We stayed here 2nd time and new it was great hotel, great location, amazing breakfast
Negativo: We got older room and quite far from lift. It's nothing tragical but previous room was renovated or new and with bit better view.
Positivo: Beautiful hotel, great staff, good location and good breakfast.
Negativo: The air wasn’t working well so the room was too warm. The bars closed too early.
Positivo: Breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, location is perfect, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Negativo: This hotel does not have AC. We unfortunately were there when it was unseasonably hot. We were assigned a west facing room that was very warm from the sun. The climate controls do allow for a -3C setting (from what? not sure), but it is not the same as AC where you can set a specific target for the temperature. We are not sure if the climate control setting did any cooling as the air coming out of the system felt like it was room temperature. The windows are restricted from opening more than a few centimeters, so there wasn't much of an option to bring in the cooler outside air in the evening. The staff were apologetic and provided us with two fans immediately. Unfortunately the power sockets nearest the window are connected to the hallway light so we could not set the fan in a position near the window to pull air from outside. They also investigated moving us to another room, but that room had no option to open the windows at all. It is a great hotel, just challenging to get comfortable in hot weather.
Positivo: Breakfast is incredible! The facilities are new and very nicely decorated. Room and bathroom ample and comfortable. Perfectly located, quiet area very near main streets and train/metro stations.
Negativo: Nothing!
Positivo: Good location for restaurants and stores. Lobby and lounge were beautiful with really nice outdoor patio seating. Breakfast was great with every type of food.
Negativo: Bar was understaffed.
Positivo: Clean and well cared for. The staff were excellent.
Positivo: We arrived after traveling for almost 24 hours. Front desk agent was very kind and welcoming. She was able to get us checked in prior to check-in time and it was very much appreciated. Location was great to take the train in the morning. We all had large suitcases and personal items and we had no issue because it was so close to the main station. There were three of us, and this was one of the few hotels with three beds in the room and that was a selling point for us.
Negativo: No complaints. The hotel is quite large, so it could be a decent walk to the room, but this was totally fine to us. We did review the in room / restaurant, but didn't pursue as it was limited. We had Uber Eats deliver to the lobby and all was good.
Positivo: Nice location and vibe, helpful staff.
Negativo: Breakfast needs improvement. No salmon, eggs were watery, no variation in food from day to day. We were there for four nights, and booked a larger room, which was still quite small, although it did have a view overlooking the park.
Positivo: Perfect location within a 3 minute walk to Arlanda Express. Nice rooms and great breakfast buffet.

Positivo: We loved our stay at this hotel. We were there for five days in mid June and then stayed there a week later after our trip to Lapland. It is a large hotel but has a lot of warmth. The staff was wonderful. It had an excellent breakfast. It is a very well organized hotel. For example when it became more fully booked, they opened an addition space to go have breakfast. The location was great, very close to public transportation and across from a nice park. On Wed evening, they have enjoyable low key entertainment at an outdoor bar on the 8th floor. I will stay there again if I return to Stockholm.
Negativo: I wasn't crazy about meal choices for dinner at the restaurant but it was okay.
Positivo: In central part of Stockholm. The staff were extremely helpful, room clean, beds comfy, and excellent breakfast.

Positivo: The highlight was definitely the sophisticated Scandinavian breakfast buffet… highly recommend beetroot hummus, salmon and tuna spread. Location was perfect, walking distance from the main sites.
Negativo: We didn’t really care the photos were not matching our room - please note : each floor offers a different room design. Our room on the 4th floor was super basic but plenty of space which mattered the most to us 4

Positivo: The room was large for us, 2 beds and the bathroom is spacious. Towels was changed daily for us upon request. The breakfast was good, with selections of cut meats, cereal, breads and pastry. Juice, coffee and teas. Fresh fruits, nuts to choose from. We stayed for a week and there were times we were out earlier for our tour schedule and didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel as they start at 7am to 10am. But there’s bakeries and restaurants everywhere that we just grabbed quick ones on our way to wherever we go. The staff are awesome.
