Positivo: Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful and accomodating. Very good location with good restaurants, bakery etc.nearby, Beautiful traditional Moroccan decor in the lobby and restaurant.

Positivo: The hotel is located close to the city center and has a nice ambience/ reception area. Good Moroccan breakfast, although there are mostly sweet options.
Negativo: There were 2-3 flies in our room when we checked in and had to request the staff to help us. The room does not have facilities like coffee maker/ kettle or hair dryer.
Positivo: Good location, very friendly reception and staff, lobby and nice garden/pool area.
Negativo: The rooms have nothing to do with the pictures. They were smaller, older and had a disturbing mold smell.

Positivo: The only thing I loved about this hotel was the staff. They were all so lovely, helpful, and accommodating Then I am talking about all the staff of the facility, including the maids, receptionists, restaurant and bar staff, bell boys etc
Negativo: Firstly, I was not put in the room I paid for. I paid for a double room, which was supposed to have a walk-in closet, a fridge, and more. First night, I was put in a room with a twin bed. The receptionist asked me if I liked live music and said it was just a light sala or jazz during the dinner. It was a full-blown concerts/live show every night, so loud it was like there was a club in my room. They didn't finish until 01:30 every night. The next day, I asked for the room I paid for, and I was put in this dark room, not including anything that was listed in the booking. At least the twin room had a fridge The sewage smell in that room was unbearable during the night, and I felt my lungs hurt and started coughing. There was definitely mold in that room and a sewage problem. Finally, the third room was nice but smaller than I paid for. There was no fridge either in that apartment. In the last 2 days, the sewage smell started there, too. I called reception, which was going to bring someone up to look at it. They brought 2 maids that had a tiny bit of liquid in a bottle, that they put in all the drains, that did nothing 😅 Also, the wifi kept going out, and you had to call reception to fix it. So, to sum it up. I would definitely not book there again, nor would i recommendation. The smell was disgusting, loud live shows until late at night, ... but the staff was perfect 😊
