Positivo: My bedroom was recently renovated. Housekeeping was excellent and daily. Large bath towels were much appreciated.
Negativo: My shower was not renovated, was minuscule in size and your arms constantly touched the sides. The shower doors did not close completely and left a one inch gap. Reception was neither helpful or friendly, and rarely seen
Positivo: It is a comfortable room with a fan and a small balcony. It is in a great location next to many cafes and restaurants.
Negativo: The bathroom was a little too small for my liking, but for the price, it was to be expected.
Positivo: Large quite room with balcony and view to street. Spacious bathroom with window for cross flow ventilation. Lift. Accomodating host who explained everything clearly. Very central location, close to restaurants bars and sites.
Positivo: Very good location, big and clean room

Positivo: Convenient location near Abando metro, and river and old town. An older building situated on a small attractive side street with several cosy and friendly bar/restaurants. Good size room for a single with comfortable double bed, very clean throughout, plenty of hot water and good shower.
Positivo: Central location right by the Abando station and close to Old town.
Negativo: Located right above 3 popular restaurants where people sit, talk and smoke till 2 to 3 AM. A lot of noise and smoke coming up to the room.
Positivo: It was so convenient to everything - the old town was just over the bridge, the museums close by, the Guggenheim & Fine Arts Museum a pleasant stroll along the river walk, the Information Center just around the corner etc. It was also in a small side street and therefore quiet at night, & my room appeared well insulated from others so I was barely aware of other guests. The proprietor/manager was wonderful - really pleasant and very helpful always!
Negativo: There really was nothing i disliked. The room was smallish (which I expected in a large city) but had all amenities and everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Positivo: Great location, easy to get everywhere you need to find in Bilboa; train, subway, bus stations! We've stayed here many times over the years.
Negativo: But the bathrooms! Showers way too small, toilet tooo close to the wall and shower door.
Positivo: Tranquility, no noise at all
Negativo: Towels were slighty dirty. Shower was a little bit small
Positivo: Very comfortable room, well appointed, good beds, nice towels. Good value for cost and great location right in the center. Walking distance to everything of interest. Nice staff and good security.
Negativo: Bathroom was cramped, not good for tall or wide people. Tricky to sit on toilet and the shower was too narrow to bend over.
Positivo: The location was excellent for walkability. The person who greeted us was friendly and helpful.
Negativo: Nothing comes to mind.

Negativo: It is in the city center. When you open the balcony door it is really noisy
