Positivo: Beds were comfortable and A/C ice cold. Free parking.
Negativo: The hotel is very outdated. The first room we got was hot, the thermostat wasn’t working, and the A/C was literally dripping water from the ceiling. They moved us to another room, which was freezing cold but, again, the thermostat was broken so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The pillows are completely flat, the blanket is old and the toilet paper holder seems to be just for decoration—it’s broken, so they just place the roll on top. 😂 On top of that, the front desk floor creaks. The old and dirty carpet makes the place look even more run down. The photos they post are very misleading compared to the reality.

Positivo: Good for short stay due to location to the bus station to Venice city. Easy check in and free car park available. The hotel is classic at its own way.
Negativo: Quite tight room if staying for two people snd have more than 2 luggages.
Positivo: The location and the breakfast were wonderful. The English speaking staff were incredibly helpful in getting us oriented and answering all of our questions. Easy public transportation access to Venice and Marco Polo airport.
Negativo: The refrigerator was not very cold. The room's thermometer was not intuitive to use and we wished for a cooler temperature.
Positivo: Location is near the public transportation, you can go to Venise in 18 minutes. Staff was great and breakfast was very good

Negativo: Air conditioning was advertised but was not available during our stay. Someone left the floor heating on so our room was hotter than the sun.
Positivo: Quite area, convenient bus nearby to/from the airport.
Negativo: The hotel hasn't seen a renovation in ages. Furniture is old, which would be acceptable if there were signs of improvement. But no, the bathroom was falling to pieces and the room didn't feel clean, even though it was being cleaned. Not sure how it is classified as a 4 star hotel, as a 2 star it would have been acceptable.
Positivo: A great hotel for visiting Venice if you have a car since the hotel offers free parking. We could leave our car there for an another night for a reasonable fee while when stay inside Venice for a day. Breakfast was excellent.

Positivo: The proximity to the bus, tram stations. It takes 5 min walk to the bus stop for Venice. The breakfast was very good with pleanty to choose from. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed.
Negativo: The furniture was outdated and the overall look of the hotel. The bathroom needed improvment and the whole shower tub needed replacement.
Positivo: Everything was perfect and really good breakfast
