Positivo: I’ve stayed there before and know I will receive good service
Positivo: Great parking lot, room with a lot of space.
Negativo: There was noises, like utilities/hydraulics and people working from very early in the morning (maybe staff prepairing breakfast?) , but I was in the third floor, not close to restaurant. I couldn't sleep later than 4:30/5:00am. Rooms need more insulation. Furniture is outdated. Also, 90€ a night for a small city like that is quite expansive.
Positivo: Big free parking behind the hotel. Room and breakfast was ok.
Negativo: Not to point out. The hotel is ok for the price they charge.
Positivo: I stayed for 20 days. The hotel is very clean. The staff, especially at the Reception desk , are exceptional. Very accommodating, very patient, very helpful. I switched rooms and was able to get a more comfortable and spacious room. The cleaning is very well done, and it is done daily! The breakfast is healthy and plentiful.
Negativo: the rusty soap holders in the bathrooms need to be replaced--they take away from the whole clean and serene ambience.
