Positivo: Clean, comfortable with a nice breakfast

Negativo: We were on first floor and could hear movement above us-squeaky floors

Positivo: Food very good, hot and tasty. Good breakfast. Very welcoming.

Negativo: No hot water tap in bathroom basin. Unable to move shower head so hand held shower to avoid wetting hair.

Positivo: A great couple who couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a lovely and memorable stay. Lovely village pub feel, lovely food, gorgeous venue.

Positivo: The owners of this hotel were so friendly ! The breakfast was lovely

Positivo: Hosts were lovely and at the ready. Room was comfortable and large enough for our medium size dog.

Positivo: The evening meal was incredible one of the best vegetable curries my girlfriend has ever tasted and my steak and ale pie was also fantastic better than one I'd had earlier in the holiday from a multi award winning pub

Negativo: For the price the breakfast was expensive and basic. No tomatoe, black pudding it was well cooked and hot just basic.

Positivo: Property situated in a nice, handy location in a small village north of Oxford. The manager and his staff were very helpful on arrival and during breakfast. Excellent car parking.

Negativo: Room was very small and cramped. Advertised as a ‘double with queen bed’ - should have just said very small double room. Very creaky floor boards throughout, thin curtains and two televisions - one on the wall, not working. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. Problem with the hot water tap. A step up into the shower, with no shower mat or grab handles. Breakfast was very poor. The standard of the Full English was disappointing and other choices not obvious. Very over priced for the quality of service we received.

Positivo: Comfortable clean beds at a convenient location. Family was pleasant and very helpful.

Positivo: Nice village. Nice old building, a small pub and guest house. Really friendly, family owned. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and well made.

Negativo: Bed was a standard double, which is short for me, being very tall. Hot tap for basin wasn't working.
