Positivo: Prime location with expansive views of all beaches, town of Zihua , mountainous background and colourful sunsets! The many quiet seating areas on the terraces with superb views. Delicious breakfasts prepared fresh daily! Staff was very attentive and kind. Thank you very much Iker, Mireya and Guadeloupe or making our stay so pleasant!
Negativo: No views from any of the five rooms. Fortunately, we can hear the sound of the ocean waves from our room.
Positivo: Location
Positivo: Lots of stairs and steep hills. I didn’t mind it for the exercise but others might find it quite difficult.
Positivo: The grounds and the room were immaculate. The rooms are large and there is a large sitting area with a sofa in addition to a king size bed and large shower. The rooms are a bit secluded and a small pool is shared by only a few rooms. If you prefer privacy and seclusion, this is your place. If you prefer a big resort atmosphere, look elsewhere. The included breakfast was fantastic. The view from the pool and surrounding area is remarkable.

Positivo: So few rooms. Fabulous views. Community self-serve bar. Kitchen access. Comfy open-air great room. Delicious breakfasts every day. Right next to the wonderful La Ropa beach.
Negativo: The weather was hotter than previous visits.
Positivo: Loved loved loved our stay! Esther and her husband took fantastic care of us! Everything we needed they provided and always went the extra mile to make our stay the best it could be. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Zihua!
Negativo: There was a shower issue....we did not seem to be able to get hot water in the shower. It was warm and so hot outside that we did not mind.
Positivo: the view
Positivo: great views, very nice staff, awesome property that is easily walkable (some steps and hills) to playa la ropa and downtown zihua
