Positivo: It was like paradise. Lovely hosts, clean room and stay, beautiful balcony with a stunning view, and a complete breakfast.

Negativo: Nothing

Positivo: Everything perfect, nice and clean room, good breakfast superb view. Very nice host.

Negativo: Parking limited but available

Positivo: This is a hidden gem! We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. The parking is a bit tight as you are on the corner of the hillside. They have a coffee room that is open 24/7 so you can grab tea or coffee as you like (there is none in the room). The coffee room also has one or two hair dryers that you can use. As for the rooms, they are small but comfortable. Each room opens to the shared balcony and we had nice weather so we were offered breakfast outside (seems like 9am is the standard time). The breakfast was the best we had during our whole time in Georgia. Everything was fresh and hot – I loved the eggs and fresh strawberries. We even had great views of the city walls. Highly recommend this place!

Positivo: I had such a wonderful experience during my stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I really appreciated how clean the rooms were. The location couldn't have been better, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast included was truly delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others!

Positivo: Really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the views were beautiful, and the price was very affordable. The staff was really nice and the place was clean and comfortable. We went with a large group of people, and there was space to hang out on the balcony/deck in nice weather, but once it got cold, there was not indoor space (like a lounge area) for a large group. That was the only minor downside. But overall I really enjoyed it. It would be a great place for a romantic getaway. Hoping to go back with my husband :)

Positivo: We loved the location and quick walk to the town. We enjoyed the stunning view, and breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable (though I brought my own pillow). Favourite Hotel is a great deal for a short 10minute walk into town!

Negativo: There is no communal lounge space available. We came as a group in November, and it is too cold to gather outside in the evening, and eating outside in the morning was chilly. We wished there was a space indoors for 6+ people to play games, chat comfortably, and drink hot tea/coffee.

Positivo: Beautiful view, easy to walk to town.

Positivo: The host is great a very flexible with things, breakfast time and payment time. To me, the point of working in hospitality is to make travelers’ lives easier while we are in the road. Lots of ppl in developing countries like Georgia don’t get it - highly rigid and not very cultured! The host is rather easy-going and accommodating. I highly recommend the place to you.

Negativo: You need to walk a good 15-20min once you arrive in town - the town is hilly with pebbled stone streets so get ready!

Positivo: This is a quaint little guest house that was perfectly suited for a couples getaway. We loved sitting on the terrace and looking at the incredible view

Negativo: The locks on the room door and the door to the terrace didn't work correctly. It was a struggle every time we wanted to lock or unlock the doors. It was also a bit farther from town than we expected. Not quite as walkable as we were expecting.
