O hotel situa-se centralmente junto à praia Poniente (cerca de 30 m), perto de diversos restaurantes e estabelecimentos comerciais.
Até aos transportes públicos são apenas cerca de 50 metros.

Positivo: All of it. From arrival and check in with Roberto on reception. Several evenings we spent up on the terrace with a lovely view of Benidorm. And Deni was a wonderful host behind the bar. All in all an excellent visit to Benidorm. We will be coming back.

Positivo: The location is perfect, across the street is the beach (not the crazy one Levante). Few minutes to walk to old town and to view point Balco de la Mediterrania, Placa del Castell, easy to get to Levante area, where the crazy pus and bars are as well as the more quiet area on Poniente Platja.
Negativo: The room on the back side of the hotel has a tint balcony (no chairs or table that can fit) Only the front side rooms have a larger balcony with chairs and table. Every night at 1AM the rubbish is collected from the back of the hotel and wakes you up if you are asleep.
Positivo: Very close to the beach and the old city, great value
Negativo: Our room was on the first floor right above restaurant with karaoke, it was barely possible to go asleep until midnight

Positivo: Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, there are 2 great bars, one on the roof with great views over the sea and the other has entertainment on most nights. Wide selection of food and drinks in the restaurant. Cleaners do an amazing job on the rooms. Location is perfect for the quieter side of Benidorm, but walking distance to the shops in Old Town.
Negativo: Would have loved a pool, but then it is on the seafront! Could also do with looking at the doors from the elevator onto each floor as they are very noisy if you don't gently close them
