Positivo: We had a beautiful room. Lots of updates beds were comfortable.
Negativo: The only complaint is the restaurant staff was not very friendly or attentive. After we received our water, we waited thirty minutes till I could flag down a waiter to get a menu.So that we could order dinner
Positivo: A great location near public transportation. Large rooms with fans and ear plugs. Friendly bilingual staff, German, French and English. Excellent hot breakfast buffet.
Negativo: Can be noisy with windows open as the hotel is next to the bus and tram stop. Use the ear plugs.

Negativo: Not as per the chintzy photograph on Booking.com which are misleading. I was expecting to be in a chalet style hotel but my room was in the concrete annexe . The sockets were terrible and had great difficulty getting an English adapter into any of them

Positivo: Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Easy to get to the old city centre by public transport.
Negativo: Very noisy, despite being outside the centre, due to its location next to an old tramway line. Trams run until midnight and squeaky points can be heard with closed windows even on the back of the building. Very hot under slanted roof. Staff tried to charge breakfast twice by adding a surcharge to the prepaid rate in addition to the charge for the breakfast and got very cross when this mistake was pointed out. We also only received two bus passes, despite travelling with four people.
