Positivo: The breakfast was just ok. Exactly the same every day.

Positivo: Breakfast is order on the menu, and the fry-eggs plat is wondaful! The location is excellent.
Negativo: The room (107) is Very noisy, outside talk going on loudly almost whole night long. The hotel knows that, even prepared ear plugs for the guests. Sigh......

Positivo: Lovely accommodations smack in the center of Chora, surrounded by everything Mykonos has to offer. Stella and Eva at the front desk couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, and Yannis in the breakfast area made our mornings a delight. Great cooked breakfast was part of our stay, and it couldn't have been better.
Negativo: When you're in the middle of Chora, that will also include the inevitable noise of a billion visitors, and some of them are loud enough to raise the dead in the middle of the night. This is no reflection on the hotel, it just is what it is.
Positivo: Great Location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding.
Negativo: Tiny room. Poor placement of electrical outlets. It was very difficult to keep the shower from flooding the bathroom. Steep stairs without railing might bother older couple like us.

Negativo: A couple of things were not working at the beginning. Safe was not working and there was no coffee maker though the room details and message from property said there is a coffee maker in the room. Balcony opened to a white wall and not much of a street view.

Negativo: Our room was above the restaurant and a bit noisy. But, Being in the middle of town with active nightlife, that happens.
Positivo: The staff was very helpful. Bathrooms were very nice. It was helpful to have a hair dryer available.
Negativo: The location like most places on Mykonos was difficult to get to dragging our bags. It's tucked away in the windy cobblestone streets, so although it was a lot to handle, it's also just a part of the experience. The half shower wall seems an odd choice. It let a lot of water get out which will ultimately create big problems, water damage and could be very slick.

Positivo: The property was nice but do not stay on the first floor! You hear everyone checking in and out no matter what time and the restaurant cleaning up after closing

Positivo: The location is absolutely in the center of the town, they also have a super nice restaurant together in the yard(separate). Room was basic but clean and not too tight as I thought would be, we also had a cute balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff, they don’t have elevator but they would help carry luggages if you need. You can hear loud music at night but since the location is super center we expected to have the noises. Overall it’s very good cost of value for mykonos standard.

Positivo: 1) Amazing location, 2) Extremely friendly staff and hospitality. Catered to all our needs 3) Communication was top notch, they promptly provided all information we needed and gave us excellent recommendations and travel tips within the island. 4) Cleanliness and comfortable bed
Negativo: Missed couple of basics: 1) AC wasn't working in the room when we got there and we had to sleep with the windows open for the first day. Not a big deal given the pleasant weather but as international tourists, you never know how safe things are at night. To be fair, they fixed it the next day. 2) The main light (tubelight) was flickering throughout our stay and they never got to it. It is possible that we got a bad room but for someone in hospitality industry at such an elite location, it isn't unfair to expect the basics to be perfect.
Positivo: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chora. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. Great experience over all!
Negativo: There is noise from outside during the night since it is located in the center. The bathroom needs a curtain to prevent water from getting out.
