This complex features architecture typical of Ibiza, with a swimming pool and fish pond to enjoy a relaxing stay. It also has a large reception hall and several entrances located near the parking area. The apartment hotel consists of a total of 15 apartments. Further facilities include lift access, a children's playground and room service.
Guests must collect their keys from Bravo Tourism on Avda del Norte in Roses (Urb Santa Margarita). The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 13:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 2 pm and 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
The resort offers spacious apartments for 2-4 persons with a large balcony overlooking the canal (if available). All retain a pleasant summer temperature and feature functional furniture. All of the apartments are en suite with a large bathtub. Further facilities include a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. The heating in each apartment is individually regulated.
The hotel features both outdoor and indoor swimming pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can unwind on the sun terrace whilst there are sun loungers with parasols laid out for use on the nearby sandy beach (for a fee). Furthermore, there is a golf course about 20 km away.

Take the C68 (Carretera de Olot - Roses, Besalú Road - Roses) towards Roses. Take the exit Santa Margarita Avenue onto the street of the same name until the first roundabout, where guests should turn onto the street Port Joan.
The apartments are located in the canals of Santa Margarita, near mooring and recreational ships, in a quiet street. The urban centre of Santa Margarita, with its numerous restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities, is a 500 m stroll through the canals away and the centre of Roses is about 3 km from the apartments. Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe, is about 8 km away. Girona-Costa Brava and El Prat De Llobregat airports are about 71 km and 165 km away, respectively.
