The building is constructed in two main blocks. Because of the location one building is positioned lower down the lake shore slopes than the other. Each is five storeys high.
Each spacious Deluxe apartment is beautifully furnished and features balconies, most of which have stunning views over the lake and mountain ranges. Accommodation options include 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, all with under-floor heating, double-glazed windows and superb kitchens or kitchenettes with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. There are also 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses as well as studio hotel rooms which feature tea and coffee making facilities, underfloor heating, and en suite bathrooms.
