Built in 1850 and renovated in 2008, Santa Teresa Hotel is one of the few hotels in Rio de Janeiro that is a listed building under government protection. It offers 44 personalized rooms and a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as a restaurant, pub, hairdressing salon and bicycle hire.
Most of the rooms have balconies with panoramic views over the Guanabara
Bay, the mountains of Teresópolis or Christ the Redeemer. All rooms are
