This a typical low rise Cycladic style white washed property. The grounds it is in are well planted with flowers and kept in excellent condition.

The best beaches of the island, such as Santa Maria Beach, are within a 15-20 minutes' drive, where a variety of water sport can be practiced. The hotel is 5km from the main town of Noussa and Paroikia port is approximately 16km away. Public transport links the hotel with the surrounding villages with houses built according to local architectural tradition.

Located in its own park a few kilometers from Naoussa. Naoussa is situated on the north side of the island of Paros and (11 km from Parikia) has one of the most picturesque harbours in Cyclades. It is a pretty fishing village with tiny streets. Nearby beaches include Kolimbithres, Lageri and Santa Maria. The island airport is approximately 17 km away
