Benedict's Restaurant is a contemporary restaurant featuring a range of dishes from around the world created by chefs using local produce. There is also a surprisingly rich wine cellar. Bar food is available between 12 noon until 9 pm daily in the Abbey bar.
The hotels landmark building was once the Sisters of Mercy convent and has been carefully and tastefully restored, retaining all of its original striking features.
The lobby is a large bright and welcoming space and there is some seating.
