Positive: The location was decent, very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery shopping. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The apartment was spacious and had huge balconies with a partial view of the sea.
Negative: The bathrooms had a foul smell coming from the drains. Smell of cigarette smoke was seepingthrough the bathroom vent. The house cleaning did a less than perfect job.
Positive: The hot water is not enough.
Positive: The staff in reception very helpful and friendly, the rooms were pretty comfortable and the view was amazing! I'm gonna visit it again!
Positive: Very nice staff and clean room. Could park in front of the building and there is a non-stop supermarket behind the building. Close to many restaurants and less than 10min walk to the beach. It was quiet at night. The boiler was big enough that all 4 of us could shower without running out of water. They even provided a cloths rack on the balcony to dry our cloths.
Negative: The double bad had 2 separate mattresses that would slide apart.
Positive: Close to the beach, good breakfast and the restaurant's hotel Attica had good dishes and fair prices.

Negative: Breakfast was terrible. They should be embarrassed to charge money for it. Lobby clerk seemed ambivalent to us as a customer so she could rush back and spend more time on the lobby’s couches with her girlfriend. Mattress and pillow uncomfortable. Shower was either very hot or cold.
Positive: Location is cool, just between the two best spots: Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Have free parking for guests. Everything was clean.
Negative: We got room on the corner in the ground floor where all the guests were passing to the next hotel blocks which was very noisy during the night and constantly woking us up. Of course a closed window would help a bit, but we prefer fresh air. So that was the biggest disturbance during our stay. Breakfast could be better in my opinion. The bathroom shower grid was leaking as well.
